Project Overview:
Ignite is a motivational self-improvement app designed to help users cultivate discipline, focus, and clarity through daily quotes, affirmations, journaling, and vision tracking. With a minimalist design and smooth user experience, Ignite encourages reflection and consistency, helping users become their best selves.

My Role and Contributions:

• Backend Development: Built and maintained the backend infrastructure using Firebase, ensuring secure data handling, account management, and anonymous user sessions.

• Product Architecture: Led the full product scope from ideation to execution, ensuring each feature—from daily quote delivery to vision board updates—fit into a seamless, cohesive experience.

• Performance & UX Optimization: Prioritized lightweight design and fast load times to ensure a distraction-free, calming environment for daily use.

• Monetization System: Implemented membership-based access to premium features, using tools like Superwall and in-app purchases for scalable revenue generation.
