Project Overview:
Founder Sports Club is a private social app that connects ambitious founders through real-life sports meetups. The mission: forge friendships through sweat, not small talk.
My Role and Contributions:
As the technical lead and sole developer, I drove the project from concept to launch.
Managed a UI/UX designer to bring our product vision to life. I oversaw the design process and implemented the full interface using FlutterFlow.
Built a scalable data structure using Firebase (Firestore, Auth, and Cloud Functions) to support real-time events, user profiles, chat, and notifications.
Developed the entire app using FlutterFlow, handling all functionality including onboarding, event creation, RSVP systems, and user interactions.
Worked closely with the founding team on feature planning, feedback loops, and user acquisition strategy—bridging tech execution with business outcomes.
